Announcing the Launch of Our New Website We the Managing Committee is pleased to announce the launch of our society website. After about a month long hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce its launch. The URL of new site is www.nirmanapartment.com Our main aim to launch this new website is to provide you as well the outside world, an easier way to know about us, our society and its unique facilities/features. It will also facilitate the visitors to browse information based on their own requirement. The new website is multipurpose and gives better access to various online available facilities through different classified web pages. Our members, flat owners and tenants will find useful information about our services on the homepage. The “Members” section will help you to know the latest status of our overall membership at a given point of time. The “Contact Us” web page be helpful to interact with the authorised officials/staff in case of need or emergency. Similarly “Payments” web page will be helpful in making instant online payments by scanning the barcode.* The “Notices” web page will work as a informative page to communicate with you. The important notices, announcements, and other useful information will be made available at this page specifically. one more web page “Forms” will allow you to download the required forms as per your specific requirements instead of visiting/requesting society office to provide the same separately.  
One dedicated web page “Guidelines” is the most important part of this web site in the sense it speaks about society rules and regulations to follow and expectation of MC from its members/ residents so as to ensure hassle free life and cordial atmosphere in the society.
Its being our initial effort to have our own web site based on our day to day experience and requirement, however MC will be constantly updating its contents based on feedback/ available information we will gather in nearby future. We hope you all will find this new website easy and simple to access information and we also wish to establish this portal as a source of information for those who will visit our site. We as a Managing Committee, will also like to place our sincere thanks for entire society members/ owners of flats for boosting and motivating us for the immense need of web- site as well as our amazing Accountant cum Manager, who contributed his time and energy to provide required information to make this site what it is.
